windows 10, how do i change my folder view as drop downs like image below? thanks guys

That's an S3 share browser. Try Explorer++ to achieve the same effect.

^ YES, i work with S3 a lot and prefer the folder layout like this. was surprised none of the default folder views were able to achieve this.

thank you very much, goes nicely with notepad ++.
