We searched across the country at the time to find a 328xi with Xenons. They were standard on the 335 and a $800 option on the 328
The car had 100k of warranty with BMW so repairs and maintenance were done on time.

The good:
The car looks and drives new
Almost new Bridgestone Driveguard Runflats
Runs great, no issues
New tensioner and a/c compressor at 78k
At 100k extensive refresh -trans+diff fluids, shocks, struts, bushings
Clean carfax


The bad:
Noisy valvetrain at startup, it's done this since 60k - very common on the 08's
A/C had to be recharged last year and this year
Little bit of paint work done on the right side - cosmetic, done by a pro that did my dads classic cars, paid for out of pocket
LCD screen on radio I think is a little weaker than new, but you can still read everything.
Headlight washers were leaking so I unplugged the pump in the right front fender well.
It's not a M3 - j/k!
