Headlight question

On sunday I got CCID-89 and since I was out and about I didnt look it up but I did walk around the vehicle and saw my headlight on the passenger side was out. The daytime runner, turn signals and fog lights were all working.

Since it was raining, I didn't replace it that day. I've gotten four years out of the bulb(s).

On monday night I got CCID-132 and I looked around and it was the same, but I noticed the halos on the passenger side weren't lit up.

I have the regular halogens on my 328. I couldn't find out what controlled the halo. Is it the passenger light?

I was wondering if something else was broken. I was planning on replacing the bulbs on both sides tomorrow.

I washed my car at lunch and the CCID-132 went away then came back. Maybe something shorted out?

I still don't have a passenger low beam.
