Adaptive headlight warning

Hello all i got into my e92 today on my commute to work i get adaptive headlight error smh. How should i start troubleshooting this it rained yesterday and came on this morning. Thanks in advance!!

remove the bumper visual check the modules etc. look for water in the housing. if you have a cable use inpa to see if it's right side or left side. most likely due to shorted module from water

What's inpa? I'll take bumper off tomorrow as i went away on my drive home but came back in this morning after 30-40mins of driving

I have the same issue. I know mine is the passenger side as that light will be stuck slightly to the right. My plan is to check the modules and swap the two to see if the issue moves with the module.

I have this same error, was told by the guys at BMW that it wouldn't be "worth it" to fix it. Do I need to swap entire light(s) or is there a bulb, or something I can replace?

Most people just code out the AHL instead of fixing it.

Using a KDCAN cable and NCS expert. You have to modify the VO by removing $524 and changing 3 values in the FRM.
