NJ Inspection question: oxygen sensor not ready

Hey guys,

Will I still be able to pass with just the oxygen sensor not ready? I think I read somewhere that they will allow 1 not ready and still pass you. I've been doing the drive cycle and its still not clearing.

They allow 1 sensor to be not ready. I passed inspection with MHD Stage 0.
