A lot of modern car dealerships now cater to offering a premium feel in the service area. Several new European dealerships in my area have massive customer lounges with finger food, sandwiches on the weekends, fancy coffee machines, etc etc. The local BMW dealer even has a special lounge upstairs with an open bar and golf simulator! Only M or 7 series buyers get access to that one apparently or you pay a $600 annual membership to it, lol.

Garage List
Look for all BMW dealerships to eventually do renovations to update/modernize the dealerships. The vision for such a renovation lies solely on the owner but BMW has become more stricter and has really focused on customer service/experience (ex. BMW wants all service departments to have a viewing window so customer can see their cars).

Obviously not all dealerships have the sales and profits to support a renovation like BMW of Austin or Policaro BMW, but we all know that dealerships as a whole are severely outdated. Examples above show how dealerships are adjusting to the new automotive landscape and how BMW is forcing dealerships to change and improve customer experience and satisfaction.
