Hey, got a problem and let me know if you had similar problem with similar setup.
Broke fender and on FSD, Eibach pro, m3 control arms and camber specs, HR front sway bar, Rotiform wheels (can't remember spec but should by close to stock). Wondering if just bad luck on turn + bump/pothole but trying to make sure before I repair. Tires Michelin 245-35-19, and feel like the Eibach pro on my car is pretty aggressive in the front, but no rubbing prior for 9 months with these lowering springs on the car. Thanks for your input, much appreciated.

Sorry to hear that happened
Maybe you had too much weight on the car that day? Full of passengers? that could have caused the car to sit low enough to make the wheels/tires hit the fender As for it happening during a turn only you would know that 245s in the from is pretty aggressive tho But gives me hope I can have my car just as low with 235/35/19 in the front with oem offset, but yours do look like they poke out a little more |

This seems to happen a lot if you look around, I would raise the car maybe 1 cm. enough to get a finger between the tire and fender

Ok, here is my problem though. Don't find any lowering springs for the front sitting 1cm higher. Do you know a product? as HR is even lower I think. Could go coils but this is our comfortable car setup so rather keep this one on spring setup. Appreciate feedback, and thanks for help in finding an alternate spring/setup.

Probably happened while wheel was turned and you hit a sharp bump.
If you can't find an appropriate alternative for springs, you may try using different spring perches. I believe E30 perches will fit and should raise the front up a bit. I've also read about people putting shims in to raise the front end, but not sure about where to get them.

I have basically the same set up. I pulled into a parking space with one of those cement curb like things , when I backed out it clipped the front bumper pushing it up and snapped the driver side fender from upward pressure from the bumper.
I did not know at the time it was raining hard and I was not paying attention. Fender is an easy replacement part under 100 unpainted about 350-400 painted all over the internet. Bolt on part. the placement of your looks more like tire impact, but just guessing

Offset of that wheel looks quite a bit more aggressive than stock, coupled with a 35/19 tire, and lowered... Without changing your wheel/tire spec or raising the car, more neg camber might be your only option. Maybe camber plates?
This is pretty disappointing for me to see, by the way, as I have plans to run a 255/30/19 front on a 19x9 +29. All of my research so far says this should be fine, including a discussion with Apex and a few others who run the same, or very similar, setup. |

Better to get a set of coilovers, basically taking a guess by getting other springs, plus unless your struts’ dampening is matched to your spring rate, ride quality could get worse and struts will last longer.
Solokwers are really good, not too pricey, not much stiffer than the orm sports suspension and you can always adjust your height to suit your needs. If you’re interested DM and I can help you get somr |

Last question - do you buy the rubber top spring pad now for the E30 one or stick to a new OEM E92 one for top?

I remember wanting to go 15mm in the rear which seem like was going to be too much lift. For best results you could loosen up the control arms and re-tighten at ride height.
