Has to agree totally...tax to fly,drive,eat,cloth....its relentless.....i dont know why we dont just admit it like the americans do and say we are in a mini recession and if we dont relent we are gonna be hit hard.

All the captains of industry are ripping the boolaxs out of it.No one care cos most executive or non executive directors are MP or civil servants....why should they care....they need to get theres in line before we the general public do.

My MD has taken a pay rise in last 2 years due to the rewards he offered to staff to keep us and also to keep pace with the REAL INFLATION LEVEL of he calls....not 2.9/3.1% but a greater 8 or 9%.

Dont matter who u vote in...there all in it for themselves.Selfish people...i refuse to speak or even consider voting until the system cleans itself, and it aint goona happen EVER.

Back in the early 90's this country had a bad rescission, interest rates hit 15%in a very short time, causing huge increases in mortgage payments, some where repossessed, some lost jobs and had to throw the towel in.

So creepy why does that mean your paying your mortgage even though you no longer have it?

In a runabout way yes, I had a joint mortgage with someone who lost their job due to redundancy, so they bailed out and I was left with the whole debt and to borrow another large lump to pay them off.

This large lump is still with me now. the economy was in tatters, my neighbour lost his job but thought he was ok due to mortgage insurance, then he found out it didn't kick in for 12 weeks, he like so many other gave the keys back the lender and walked away, to go back to live with his parents, shortly after my house was worth 50% of my mortgage value, it took 12 years to get back on track.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of our present Government, I think their all a bunch of @?~#

Sounds a bit of a shitsie mate. I was only a kid when the last one hit. My parents lost 30k on a house in the early nineties. Made shit loads since on em so not so bad. But i can see how it cripples people finacial situations.

So your still paying for that issue 15 years later? Ouch that must make you so angry!!

Can you still be mortgage insurance these days?

I agree the Tories won't change anything back if they get in. They're just as bad with this "green" revolution.

Everyone should turn out to vote, out of respect for those who fought and lost their lives for our right to remain free. HOWEVER, I will be writing "NONE OF THE ABOVE" on my ballot paper.

Quite right, if you don't like any of the candidates you should still spoil the ballot paper because those are counted too.
