Single turbo.
So, I just bought a 2009 335xi. Brand new valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, and a few other things. Everything is in good condition as of right now. No wasgate rattle(yet) etc... I'm looking to go single turbo in the future, but I don't wanna spend a fortune. Can anyone give me a little bit more insight on this? Thank you!

Based on what I know about Ca. and NY don't do the single. Go with twins. NY like Ca, if I'm not mistaken does inspections for emissions equipment. You will fail a visual inspection. A good set of twins is your answer.

Now to your point if you are dumping the clutch at 5k on upgraded twins to get a killer 60 foot time, bad things are going to happen. |

I guess I will soon find out what happens to my transfer case since I am going ST bottom mount on my 335xi E92. I'm going with a GTX3582R running flex fuel e50 map most liekly along with a custom flex fuel single turbo tune. I am aiming for right around 600ish whp
