Love watching onboard vid of others lapping BFR! I'm there a lot in my e30, but have the ER Competition OC's going in the 335. Should have her out there next season :-) |

Just found this thread; adding more for my own motivation than anything else - first time on this track, loved it and will be back to improve that time!

Thought I might bump this back to life.
Putnam Park (Indiana) Davidwarren 1.23.00 FBO n54 RE-11 Second lap (starts about 1.23) Mid-Ohio Davidwarren 1.53.21 FBO n54 RE-11 NCM (Corvette Museum) Davidwarren 2.36.00 FBO n54 RE-11 The Putnam time would be considered an OK time, the others are pretty slow. Headed back to NCM next month, so hopefully will have a better time.

Accelerometer, I'm guessing. You'd have to enter the car's laden weight but you'd need CdA and weather conditions to be sorta accurate. It's how Race Technology does it in their analysis software but the accelerometers are calibrated and fixed in orientation relative to the car's axis. Not sure how accurate the phone's accelerometer can be though.

Any entry for CdA? I'm assuming the app can get the current environmental conditions online for the location.

slight improvement from the last time I was there...
Davidwarren NCM Grand Full 2:34.83 RE-11s fastest lap starts about 5:10 after I pass my buddy. Actually lifted on the front straight to let my dad pass in his Z06. Could have shaved another quarter second off if I hadn't. Davidwarren NCM Grand Max Straight 2:16.30 RE-11s

Last month I ran 1:31 at Blackhawk Farms Raceway and I'm hoping to hit the 1:20's when I'm out tomorrow! My brother in law is going to bring his GoPro so I should have a video after that.
