Yes, but instead of using clamps, they will need to be welded to the oem pipes. Assuming dinan only replaces the rear section only.

I can't say since I don't know which dps you are running and have never heard the dinan mufflers in person. In general, removing the secondary cats only increase the sound by a little, less then the catless dps, and much less than the replacing the mufflers. If you are worry about the exhaust been too loud, removing the 2nd cats only will not.
