Yes, but instead of using clamps, they will need to be welded to the oem pipes. Assuming dinan only replaces the rear section only.

The Borla 2nd cat delete can work with very minor modifications.

I can't say since I don't know which dps you are running and have never heard the dinan mufflers in person. In general, removing the secondary cats only increase the sound by a little, less then the catless dps, and much less than the replacing the mufflers. If you are worry about the exhaust been too loud, removing the 2nd cats only will not.

Well, just expect the 2nd cat deletes to add a bit more sound then.
