Help on discount, more then 5% doable?
Hey guys, i'm going to see if I can get something to workout this friday.
Do you guys think more then 5% is doable? I know 5% is doable, i'm hoping for 6%. Do you think it would matter if it was lease, finance, or cash? In terms of discount? I know there is a 3000 rebate for cash deal. I'm most likely going to parkview. |

5% is pushing it; probably unlikely.
But the more options you get, the greater the discount.

I'm going to try tomorrow.
I heard it's easier trying to squeeze a small package / option out of them instead, like USB or something. Wish me luck, hopefully, if everything goes well, I'll be purchasing one tomorrow. |

Why don't you go in on Monday at about 1 hour before close.
They will want to hit their monthly quota, so it will likely be easier to negotiate. Tomorrow isn't bad either as they will want to go home for the weekend.

Good luck. I had to order mine from Vancouver and get it shipped here to Alberta because every dealership had met their quota's. If you're looking for a deal and are financing, anything less than 5% is pretty smokin. It's almost unrealistic to get a brand new car during it's prime at anything less than prime. Dealerships don't have to give this car away, it's always presold...
Good luck. |

i don't know how your perception is in alberta, but there's plenty supply and not as much demand in vancouver area~
Vancouver area is crowded with dealers, we have BJ, Autowest, Parkshore, BMW store and some more in the interior. Each dealers has quite a bit of allotment that any person that goes into a dealers' door can get some decent discount if you can bargain~!
