I've had good experiences so far at Burdick BMW in Syracuse (technically in Cicero); Dan Nye is my sales rep, haven't needed enough to get first-name with any of the service guys. Very friendly and straightforward sale experience, good about getting me in for wheel swaps even though I leave it to the last minute, and they don't wash it as per my request. I've heard from others that this dealership is noted for not gouging on rare allocations, mostly working on a standard margin rather than the 'how much can you get them for' (I've not been shopping for those rarefied beasts, so DK first hand; my car was a special order that went through flawlessly).

Pretty impressed with BMW of Towson, I've had them mount either six or seven tires on my 235 and they've never scratched a wheel even the inner rim or the inner barrel and the balances were all perfect up to the highest speeds and never weights in two locations. Then I went one evening to just check out an M4 GTS - told the guy I wasn't going to but it, but he opened up everything on the car for me, really let me examine everything and of course I would not touch or sit in it - really appreciated that.

Open Road, Edison NJ - Jerry Cohen. I love that man. I've bought 7 vehicles from him and my brother has bought another 10 or so. No BS, no games. In and out.
For service, John and Anthony always take care of me. And let's not forget Joe in parts. |

I have bought BMWs from Rick at BMW Seattle for over thirty years. They have always treated me with respect and given me a fair deal. Their service has been excellent.

Bought my first and current M3 from herb chambers bmw in Boston. No pressure, and let me take the car out by myself to test drive. Unfortunately living on the south shore it's too far for maintenance but the team at south shore bmw have been good to me so far. Brett is a good SM who calls back, it courteous, etc. had a great experience so far over the past couple years.

Bought my X5 from BMW Gallery Norwood. Easily one of the best, low pressure buying experiences from any dealership. All pricing negotiated via email beforehand, and they were very fair (even on my trade). Servicing is done at South Shore BMW in Rockland (related to Gallery Norwood), good experience thus far as well.

The dealers I've worked with (bought my car from west german and service at ramsey) have been great. No sales hassle, clean, comfortable, knowledgable.
I just wish they wouldn't charge 2-3x for service. I'm not asking to be the same as a jiffy lube but why do they have to up charge even on their own parts? I guess they have enough people buying new cars serviced under warranty so they want to keep away plebs like me. |

My Neighborhood BMW dealership in Fresno, CA has a bevy of beautiful young women working there and they have this fantastic Starbucks automated coffee maker. The gentlemen who drop me back home after I leave my m3 for servicing; Mike and Dennis are great as well. However, the real gem is my service advisor Ruben. He is knowledgeable, friendly and a great guy who is always willing to help. A shout out to you Ruben!
