I am looking into purchasing a 335i from either Levin BMW in Indiana or Braman BMW in Miami. Both said the wait for one is about 6-8 weeks. Is this on target, is it less, more? I would like to get it before July 10th, do you think that is still possible?

i would be getting a 335i, sport pkg, paddle shifters, and maybe premium

For the sedan it should be easy (ie you should get it by then). For the coupe you might or might not. It really depends on your production date. If you put an order down on May 5th and the car goes into production right away then you'd probably get it by July 10th.

yeah, it would be the coupe. I forgot to specify. Hmmm, i guess I should call the dealer to see if the coupes are going into production quickly.

It really depends on the dealership and whether or not they have a production slot.

You'll have better luck at which ever one has a allocation. Call both dealerships and ask if they have allocations right now or if they will modify a existing order to your specifications.

The problem with your question is that because the sell 600 a month means they have a lot of orders so they might have no allocations, or they might have a few allocations. And one with 60 cars a month might only have 1 or 2 allocations so they might be filled or maybe not.

guess I should update my own thread. this was a LONG time ago, but I ended up ordering on May 25 and got is July 25th so not too bad. I'm sure ordering the car now is a whole different game now thats its not in such high demand/sort supply. It gives the details in my sig.
