E93 Race Seat Install Questions

I apologize in advance if there is already a post on this, I searched and searched but couldn't find the answers I'm looking for. I have a 2009 335i E93 and I plan on purchasing a pair of SPARCO seats. From what I understand I will need to obviously bolt them onto something. Im not sure what exactly I need, there are sliders, Side mounts and bases. Im assuming the sliders would give me the chance to move back and forth, hence "sliders" which is necessary since my girlfriend who is significantly shorter than I am also drives my car. Im just unsure of what else I need or if I just need the sliders. Additionally I want to run a 4 point Harness on both seats. I know the seats and seat belt are one in the same so having those seats and keeping the factory seat belt is not an option. I don't necessarily want a roll cage but if that's what I need to do then so be it. Im thinking I can use a roll bar in the back but i'm not sure if that's what its meant for nor where I can find one. Ive tried looking for some online or builds similar to what i'm trying to get at and I cant find one. I'd really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Why do you want to run harnesses on your car?

I don't know about this one. If it was me and I had an E93, I wouldn't want to put uncomfortable Sparcos or Recaros with racing harnesses meant for tracking in it. Maybe find some of the luxury optioned sport seats with the nice leather. It's an E93 after all...

Instead of spending all that money on non-essential upgrades for tracking a hard-top convertible, I would encourage you to look at some other modifications before hand that I think you would get more enjoyment out of. That N54 can be wonderful with the proper tuning, maintenance and upgrades. Unless you have that engine in tip-top shape I would throw your money at that before anything like racing seats and harnesses. Intake, exhaust, tune, any and all preventative maintenance. Or maybe M3 control arm kit, swaybars, strut braces, improved Bilstien shocks, new springs. Lightweight wheels, better rubber. The list goes on. Considering those Sparcos and a roll-cage would be very expensive compared to all the other things you could do to make your car better, I would go another route.

And maybe don't track it because it won't be too fun with that chassis flex but more importantly extra weight so high up in the car. E93 more of a cruiser than a track-monster.

*Just my opinion*
