Oh yeah baby, I got the call!

My car is in and I can pick it up on Tuesday

Not sure how I'm going to get any work done till then

I plan on taking the day off and will be taking lots of pics

I can't wait!

This will be my 4th BMW delivery but definitely the most anticipated one!

oh man, i don't think i would want to know that it's there but i still couldn't pick it up. i would want to get the call the day of my scheduled delivery or i would just loose my mind.

I know but I think I will sleep better now knowing that it is finally at the dealer and it has my name on it.
I think I might sneak in there on Sunday and see if I can find it and take some pics.

How long did it take u from order day, to pick it up? Exact days?

2/28 - I left the deposit.
3/9 - Started production.
3/20 - Was at the port of exit
3/26- Got on the boat.
4/9 - Was at the port in NY.
4/14 - Was at the dealer.

I think those are the correct numbers. Not too bad. Probably be a little longer for you on the west coast, but hey, at least you have better weather there

man i ordered mine on 4/2 and i checked today and still not in production...man...lucky....

I got "the call" when I was in business travel in another country! I seemed like forever the time it took (almost 3 days) to be back home. To make things worst, I wasn't able to pick it up the day I arrived and as I had planned because the plane was delayed 3 hours - I had to wait another day.

But I finally got it - a beautiful 330i, black sapphire, black leather, sport and premium packages and navigation. Beautiful!!
