Finally I managed to place an order with a working code, but they don't make it easy. My first order was cancelled without my consent as they are trying to push sales via a UK amazon account instead, even though it is more expensive with the current exchange rate (supposedly faster delivery but I'm in no hurry!).

It will work on Amazon as well but you will need to email them (support@mycarly.com) prior to using it.

By the way, the v2 adapter is awesome! If you have any issues with setting it up on android, force stop the app in application manager and clear data. It should link right up and be ready to rock!

It varies by model and it certainly isn't as comprehensive as inpa, but it's designed for people who don't want to get into the complexities of professional coding, but all the options are listed on the Carly website, and a quick Google brings up this address:

What happens to the people who bought it before the yearly sub? I did the same but now its saying to download the new app. When I did that its asking me to pay again. I have contacted Carly but the customer services is closed because they're on sick leave.

I dealt with the same issue a few months back. Their customer service was pretty quick to get back with me. I installed the new app and if I remember correctly it worked without having to do anything additional.

I was in the same boat, bought mine before they changed to yearly subscription. You can just download the new App, BUT you need to have the old one on your phone plus you need to make sure it's updated to the latest version. There was a how to floating around indicating what to do to activate your old license with the new App.
