No Boost: 3100 code, 30CF, 30D0

So a few days ago I upgraded to the JB4 G5 board. (car came with G4) I didn't switch anything but the board only , didn't undo harness. The board is brand new from Burger. After install the car went into half engine mode and threw the codes 3100, 30CF, 30DO. I drove around a few days and it didn't go away. So I went over to a knowledgeable buddy's house who DIY'ed his own single turbo setup. Spent two hours with buddy trying to figure it out, checked vacuum lines, swapped in his boost solenoids, swapped in his TMAP, updated firmware, swapped in his g5, put g4 back on, removed JB4 completely. Even when returned to stock, the car still won't boost. Wastegates are completely open, there is 0 boost and it is much slower than stock. After all this we cleaned up the tools and I left and the car was boosting fine! I drove all the way home (25 miles) without any hiccups. When I got back home I put the G5 back in and now I am back at square one. Any ideas?

Seems kinda weird because u said the problem persisted even after removing the JB4 but when I googled those codes, pretty much every link that popped up was in reference to JB4 lol.. Sorry I can't help you more bro but I'd imagine it was a JB4 or wiring related issue.. If you swapped boost solenoids and that didn't fix it perhaps it's more of a connection issue than an actual sensor issue..
