To Much Brake Dust
Hello members,
I have one big problem with stock brake pads to much dust. Is there an aftermarket brake pad out there with less dust so my wheels can stay dust free for longer than 2 days ![]() |

Hell yeah...lots of them. I have used Rotex from my e36, e46, and e90. Great braking performance and NO dust. Love it!

I've had my car a week and I can't believe the amount of brake dust.
Does BMW offer any alternatives to the stock pads or do we have go elsewhere? Thanks. |

Keep in mind the braking performance will slightly worsen.

If your ok with slightly worse braking performance (really minimal IMO)..then go with the Axxis Deluxe brake pads in front and Centric Posi-quiet in rear. I have this setup along with a few others and I love it. My wheels stay clean for weeks and when they do get dirty, they're 1000x easier to clean. You don't get the thick, black brake dust that coats your wheels like gel. Braking performance isn't great for the first 2 weeks, but once the pads wear into the rotors, the stopping power is excellent. I don't miss the stock braking power at all. It's something to look into.
