Trick to tighten v-band clamps connecting downpipes to turbos

So, I thought I'd share this little trick that helped me when I was changing out the downpipes. I got the clamp seated properly around both the turbo and downpipe flanges (was able to spin the clamp around for the most part to make sure) but was having trouble getting the two ends of the clamp close enough for the screw to actually make its destination.

I ended up taking a strong zip tie and using it to basically squeeze the two ends of the clamp together to the point where I could start the screw. Worked like a charm and saved my fingers the hassle. Hopefully this post helps someone else out there.

Cheers,
Vik
