Headlight Level Arm?

I just replaced my front lower control arms, total bitch of a job btw, and I found what I believe to be the culprit as to why my headlight leveling doesn't work at all. I've attached a picture of the broken part, can someone please confirm or deny what I'm thinking and if it is the part, can someone tell me the part number or name of the part.
Thanks!

That's exactly why they're not working. Google "headlight leveling rod bmw 335i".
