2010 320i E90 cannot update software

Hi guys. I'am new here. Sorry for my poor English in advance.
I just bought a 2010 320i lifestyle E90 yesterday. Not satisfied with the system.
1. The bluetooth is available for phone call only, not audio/music.
2. The system can't be upgraded because there is no an "update software" tab in the "settings" menu.
3. The usb doesn't support my iPhone XS.

Some posts says that Coding may enable the full function of bluetooth. So I buy a vGate icar pro. Not delivered, hope this help.

BMW official website allows me to download the update file by offering my VIN number. But the system doesn't let me update???

Has anyone successfully updated his/her system or solved any of these problems by coding?

you might want to take this to the coding or idrive subforum.
Also you do not identify the system type.
