Okay, so I took my car to the drive thru tonight and the person in front of me (for some reason) backed right into my car. I was parked waiting for them to move forward but they backed into me instead. Super unfortunate. We traded insurance and everything, the guy was really nice and apologetic for it. I'm assuming since it was 0% my fault, my rates won't go up, hopefully. Anyways, there's a nice scratch on it and also, a little dent that you can't really see but if you run your finger over the paint you can tell it's there. Where do I go from here? And what do I have to do to fix this? A repaint? Any input would be super helpful! Thanks! The scratch looks worse in person btw :

It looks like it can be repainted. Odds are, his provider will send an adjuster out to assess the damage and they will cut you a check.
