E90 320i, engine N43B20A.. help diagnosing engine problems
Hello
My 320i is having big problems, on idle the engine runs at 600/700 rpm, once I put my foot down on the accelerator the engine will jerk rpms will go from 1000 - 3000 and just keep bouncing from 1000 to 3000 as if I'm pumping the accelerator pedal.. If I unplug one of the vanos solenoids the car will go into limp mode, which at this point when putting my foot down on the accelerator the car revs up with out the jerking. I can only drive the car in limp mode, but it has no power, when trying to go up a hill the revs just slowly drop and I can not do more then 20mph. So far I have replaced; 4 Fuel injectors with index 11 and coded using autocom Delphi software 4 Spark plugs Bosh 3 point 4 Coil packs Bosh 1 o2 sensor I have cleaned, with carb cleaner or mass air flow cleaner; Mass air flow sensor Vanos solenoids Cam position sensors I have checked for air leak in the mainifold intake, and I've checked the brake vacum lines. I also tested the vanos solenoids by connecting the direct to a 12v battery and both solenoids move up and down. With my autocom software my pressure values for fuel are Hpfp - 150,000 mbar goes up to 200,000 mbar on throttle Lpfo - 2300 mbar - 5300 mbar I have posted a video on YouTube of my problem When I removed the air intake manifold a spary of oil is all over the inside and the air intake values are coated and some are wet https://ibb.co/n6vvTGC https://ibb.co/gtzKSYt https://ibb.co/k8np3yh https://ibb.co/n8qFYsP I only have 1 error saying alternator communication intermittent I did have a mass air flow circuit low but that has gone |
