Wild idle fluctuations on startup - video

Video shows a typical start on my e90. Usually throws a bank 1 O2 sensor code after a while. This happens during the open loop phase, once the system checks in around 30 seconds all is well. Starter was replaced before I bought the car, so I thought perhaps there was a vacuum leak, however I’m thinking that would present itself always, not just at start up. Anyone else had a similar experience?
Thanks.
