Let's blow this up! I'm in. Expert@ApexRaceParts Question, I'm down for the EC-7 18x9 et31 and 18x10 et33. I prefer the ARC-8 but wasn't sure with the offsets available that it would work. I have a LCI E92, currently on OE 19" 313's with 245/35-19 and 275/35-19 PS4's running 3-5mm spacers F&R to clear my F30 M Performance BBK and BMWPS springs and shocks. I'd like to run 245/40 and 275/40 on the 18's. Which ARC's would work or am I better off with the EC-7's?

Thanks for the post! Your front fitment is solid. For the rear, both options you listed will work. The 18x10" ET33 is a bit more aggressive and will fill out the wheel well a bit more, although 275/35-18 tires may need a light fender roll in some cases to prevent rubbing. 265/35-18 would be a direct fit.

So it really comes down to which design you prefer. Aesthetics aside, the ARC-8 is slightly lighter, while the EC-7 offers superior brake clearance if you plan to upgrade your brakes in the future.

Thanks for the post! That is a direct fitment for your E92 335is. I recommend 265/35-18 for the rear, the taller 265/40 may be closer to rubbing on compression.

Thanks Dylan. I'm more worried about the front actually. Have you guys done fitment testing with a 335is with the specs I gave for the front? Or your answer is based on an E92 LCI 335i?

I keep hearing about people rubbing on the radiator and oil cooler vents.

My apologies for missing your front fitment. We normally go with 235/40 or 255/35 with the 18x9" ET30 on the front. The 245/40 is 17.5mm taller than the 255/35, which can indeed cause rubbing issues during full-lock turns. It is also taller than the 235/40 by 8mm, which isn't much but still puts the tire 4mm closer to rubbing the inner fender liner. I would recommend 235/40 or 245/35 front tires for your setup.

All of the above information is applicable to all E92 non-M models.

Thank you. Ordered the bronze, but I'm still undecided on the front tire sizing. I really want 245/40/18 to fit in. Hopefully some 335is owners can confirm. I think it depends on the brand of tires.

Do the wheels come with hub caps?

That's true, different brands can have slightly different real-world dimensions which can effect clearances as well. And yes, all of our wheels include gloss black APEX center caps.
