I don’t know if this will help your decision. My modifications is similar to your path.
1. PE Exhaust
2. Stock intake( will install AFE stage 2 intake tomorrow)
3. AA headers
4. AA tune
Result of Dyno at EAS today. 220.10 max HP, 209.36 max torque. Will be back to EAS January for Dyno with the AFE intake.

I have the PE exhaust installed on a stock N52 before, my butt dyno tells me it gains nothing apart from a nicer sound at high loading.

Will be happy to be proved wrong.

Thanks for the comments. Unfortunately we are looking at yet another change to plans, however it should make my life of trying to install parts while strapped on the dyno easier at least, lol.

Intake is still en route from the UK (for about a month now ugh). Therefore tomorrow's dyno will just consist of baseline pulls and then intake inlet elbow ONLY runs. This should give an idea of the gains from just the intake inlet silicone elbow.

Then the exhaust will go on, and some time in the next month or two I'll have results from exhaust, and then results from the euro intake box + aFe dry filter.

Already got a fresh OE filter purchased that I will install tonight for a "pure" baseline run. Going to address tire pressure as well and even use the same gasoline (well, best I can - same station and selection) to try to keep this as scientific as possible.

The car only has 25000 miles on it, so they're probably OK. Either way, I'll have the same equipment for future runs (assuming they aren't years off, heh).. and that's all that really matters.

Boy am I glad I changed the air filter! BMW CPO my ass.... they obviously didn't even look at the thing.. dirty AF..

Well the dyno was a... learning experience. After spending some time there and talking with the tech, I have a lot of learning to do when it comes to fully understanding what the test is and how different dyno methodologies compare. I only have a personal background of a couple of 3 pull sessions on an inertial dynojet prior to hooking up with this Mustang Dyno eddy current type. That said, it was a lot of fun and I'll have the graphs posted soon!

Results for the silicone intake inlet "elbow" are very promising though, right on par with what has been found/proven here before (a solid 4 HP). Damn good for $60. That said, the size of the elbow's opening on the intake manifold side is definitely larger than I am super comfortable with. Hopefully it won't be an issue. I'd estimate the orifice to be about 2-3mm too large in diameter. Not even close to a snug fit. meh

Oh yeah it'll be drone city, too. It was stupid loud with my Magnaflow muffler and headers, PE is even louder.
