Just to be clear AA said that 18 psi broke the turbos, but there was no power to be had beyoned 15 psi. So the effeciency of the trubos seems to be 15 psi.

Am i reading correctly or is the article stating that the engine internals are good for moderate power increases only ? I did not realise that the boost dropped down to only 5 psi at redline in the stock configuration.
