Just did a BEF to compliment my JB4 with the MHD tool. I may have screwed the pooch. I did not set the map to 0 for the initial flash. I realised it, what i initially thought was early enough into the flash. I stopped the flash and reconnecting the jb4. It would not connect, nor would the car start. Fortunately i started the flash process again and all was good - MHD app indicates "complete" after about 30 min, car started, jb4 app reconnects BUT
Transmission Kick down button still works, no exhaust burble.
A second flash with louder burble options took 2 minutes.
Menu 4 is set to 2.
Still kicks down and no burble.
What am i missing? Obviously the DME took but is the JB4 overriding something?
I have tried both "cat back" options on the MHD options menu.

How long did you drive it? It won't burble until the exhaust is hot, usually takes about 10 minutes of driving before it can do it enough to notice.

Edit; And as for the kickdown button, the car will still downshift like it should when you floor it, its just not going to grab that absolute lowest gear if possible in any situation. So double check if its actually functional or if it just seems that way because its downshifting.
