Colorado Emissions and downpipes

Hey everyone,

What is the state of emissions testing in CO and catless downpipes? Obviously they're not allowed, but I'm wondering if anyone has recent car emissions testing experience and whether they'll be looking for certain thing. Mainly wondering because it's kind of a PITA to lower the subframe and do a pipe swap every year. Plus my stock downpipes were annihilated and those cats basically had massive gaping holes in the middle of them.

Am I SOL and I basically need to swap downpipes, or are there ways to mask that?

The last emissions thread on this topic I could find was posted years ago, and I've since heard that the rules have changed.

If your area has full testing, then if your car blows higher than standard range for its stock setup, they will check the downpipes. Ask me how I know.
I have a good set of stock downpipes I can sell if you're interested.

Are you running catted downpipes or something similar? If you know something that lends credence to this procedure from experience, of course I'd like to know. If you're living in an area that does emissions testing and you're implying I need stock downpipes (hence wanting to sell me some) why are you selling yours? Are they an extra pair?
