Removing primer overspray
My fathers 335i we purchased came with many primer(grey) spots/dots all over the drivers door/rear door and sideskirt. they are raised and you can feel them as well as see.
Ive gone over it with ethyl alcohol, paint thinner, wax/grease remover, clay bar, rubbing compound and polish; none made any progress. Anyone have any other products or ideas? Im just hoping some idiot body shop didnt clearcoat over primer overspray Its much harder to capture on camera than by eye but here is one 20190608_103413 by Neil Vanderlaan, on Flickr |

Unfortunately the clear coat looks to be above the overspay. |

You have to wet sand it, then polish it up with a good dual action polisher.
Start with 3000 grit and if that doesn't work try 2500, etc... |
