Love driving it and think the looks have aged well, but hate the maintenance and odd parts going out.

I know it's not a Toyota, but damn.. water pump, leaking oil pan, eccentric sensor, fog sensor, steering wheel angle sensor, steering lock, over-engineered cup holders that are prone to breaking, etc.

Why can't they make a window regulator last, but they're anal enough to put a sensor on it to tell you it's fucked up?

All - just an update it turned out to be my ldm module. I was able to clear cdad on my dme after digging through inpa and then I started to get errors trying to enable cruise. D35b kept coming back.After changing the ldm to a used one off eBay, it worked instantaneously.

I have the same error as you this is getting me excited. Going to order a used ldm right now! I had figured that was the problem but never got around to ordering it because I didn't know if it would work.

Did you end up programming the module also or just left it as is?

I left it as is. I scanned it later and iirc CDAD or D35B came back, but cruise still worked. I hava new error saying something about the VIN not matching, but I don't care enough to fix that one.
