N52 crank no start

Hi, i wasn't getting much views at the x3 boards so since it's a N52 thought i would try here.

Car early: 2008 N52 e83 X3

Car ran out of gas and after adding 2 gallons would Crank but not start.

I changed the Fuel pump in the parking lot as a guest since i did not want to tow it.

Still no Start so towed it to a "German Auto Group of Alexandria VA" where they wanted to do the starter because it was smoking first before diagnosing anything never saw said smoke.

Had the car towed home for diag and changed the starter as precaution.

Checked or replaced so far.

1) Crank sensor replaced and get rpm signal while cracking
2) Car holds 60 PSI at rail when key on.
3) I have spark tested with spark tester
4) Checked plugs with simple bulb tester they do fire
5) Tried Resetting Valvetronics manually still nothing
6) Small ground from body to exhaust was brittle so i replaced it as well
7) Cleaned plugs added oil to cylinder and cranked it dry to get rid of cyl wash
8) No CAS codes so assuming key is fine
9) tried with unplugged MAF still no start
10) Battery is %100 good

Codes i get:
---- 2de0 ---- no message from EKP but i read that it has more to do with valvetronics sensor

----2d2a--- pressure difference sensor suction tube adaptation

----2aa9---- servomotor 2 actuation
----2aa8---- servomotor actuation
----2d09---- throttle air supply not correct
----2cf9---- throttle valve potentionmeter 1
----2cfa---- throttle valve potentionmeter 2

Throttle codes could be from me forgetting to plug something in while doing the starter they're probably not there anymore.

I'm am leaning more to Shaft sensor has anyone had a no start condition because of a faulty one??

Thanks for any help.
