Shifter Help

Hi, I'm having trouble downshifting with my paddles and shifter. My shifter goes
into S+ and M i can shift up but it doesn't downshift. I checked the wire loom and all the wires are ok in the shifter. Thanks again.

so my shifter and paddles can both upshift. When i put my shifter in M it only goes into M2 and only upshift. But both shifter and paddles won't downshift.
In D,DS the car shifts normal. Help please

Does anyone know if this has something to do with my downshifting problem?
