watermark on polished lip?

Im currently selling my set of mayas and when i took em out of the garage, they seem to have watermarks where water from washing the rims has pooled on the lips. they dont seem to go away. i tried polishing them, no dice.

any inputs?? thanks guys

Clay, CG Water Spot Remover, and Polish would be the things I would try.
