From the top of my head, as it's been a long time since I did all of this, you have at least the following options:

1. flash your CIC back to OEM
2. Delete .swt files in the /mnt/HBpersistency directory
3. Import FSC's which have a later valid from date

Short answer: You don't. That makes no sense.
Long answer: Load a map from a different region with an appropriate FSC code, then enter the FSC of your dreams when reloading your correct region. But there's no possible reason to do this so don't waste your time.

The easiest method is just don't. There's absolutely no reason to ever do this.
