Need a Coder LA/OC county (URGENT)

Urgently in search of a coder in the LA/OC area. Need to have short circuit counter reset done on my 2009 328i LCI (specifically for my low beams) in addition to removing the bulb check. I will be moving out of state on Wednesday and will be driving my car out and I currently have no low beams. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the 562/714 area. (more specifically the city of La Mirada, with bordering cities fullerton/anaheim)
