Axle to diff torx bolts reusable?

Are the torx bolts from the axle to diff reusable? They look like they are naked of steel and are in good condition.

Dealer wants an arm and leg per bolt

I would say yes. If they are not angle torque, which i'm pretty sure they are not then go ahead and reuse them.
