How do i fix a hairline scratch on my 08 e93

Not sure how it got there, but theres a hairline scratch near the grill of my front bumper.

Im wondering how do i get rid of it? I saw a chris fix video stating to use 5000 and 3000 sandpaper grit, and wondering will this apply to my car?

Here are some pics and the residue you see is me using scratch x.

I have the sparkling graphite color.

Been kind of stressed out about it. Tired of taking it to a local paint body shop (they charge $200-500 or more everytime i visit).

ask a local detailer to take a look at it for you, they can likely make it less visible but it'll never be OEM perfect

Dr Colorchip will make it less visible if not invisible for the most part.

It's worth a kit to get the hang of it. Comes in mighty handy.
I used it to get rid of an egg shell crater from previous owner.
You have to know its there to see it.

Forgot to add you would need a polish to remove your wax, sealant or coating then prep the surface with something like Kleanstrip Prep-All

First of all wash and dry your vehicle then you can apply any scratch remove from manufacturers like Eagle One or Turtle Wax. After fixing the scratch don't forget to apply clear coat layer above paint as a safety tactic.

The scratch does not look that deep.
A quick way to see if it will come out, pour water over it and see if it disappears. If it disappears, you can lightly sand it and buff it out and won’t know it was ever ther.
