Anyone can help??Updating maps

Hi guys,
I downloaded bmw Road map east europe 2019-2 which is USB version and my car doesn't support this way of updating.So I wonder if I can split those files into 3-4 dvd's
Can anyone help me with this?
Or just tell me if this is possible?

Normally the multi USB download has the same file contents as the DVDs.

Th single USB download has the files co-mingled.

I've searched for Road map east europe premium 2019-1or2 3xusb but cant find anywhere,thats why I'm asking how can I split the 1xusb version correctly into 3xusb.

The three DVDs only differ in that they each contain some of the data files that are in each of the subfolders.

I do not know if the order of those files is important.
