Need Help Diagnosing Electrical/Fuse Box Issue

So I have been chasing an electrical issue for a couple months now. It started a ticking noise from the fuse box when starting the car, then it started ticking when inserting/removing the key and turning the car off. After some time the electronics started to act up (cluster+dash lights flicking, etc.) when starting the car and sometimes it would lose all power while cranking, but had no issues once the car was running.

At this point I replaced the fuse box with a new one and all the issues went away. It's been a few weeks now and the fuse box ticking is coming back and I'm back to having no clue what the issue is, I've gone through a ton of forum posts over the last few months and learned nothing, do I just have to bite the bullet and take it to a shop? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
