Hey guys, what kind of manual transmission fluid would you recommend?

I'm fairly sure you'll want MTF LT-3 for that box

I went to euro Car Parts, they said the red line 75w80 GL 4 is the right one. Then redline company them self recommended the D4 red line. Lol I don't know what to use

Mine wanted MTF-LT3 (was Castrol BOT-207, which has disappeared). I ended up putting Castrol Syntrans V-FE in it (from Opie), though I also found Millers and Fuchs equivalents. I think the viscosity should be 75w80, as mentioned, though one of the Miller/Fuchs oils which called out LT3 equivalence was straight 75w. Takes a little under 2L to fill.
