Do it you won't regret it, you can always go back to 98 takes 2 mins to flash.
Being my daily I will be going back to 98 until I bite the bullet and get the flex fuel kit.

First time I ran e85 (7 liters to a full tank of 98) I started getting mixture codes and they never really went away. I stopped using it for a while and the frequency of the codes got less over time. I have a few small things to fix before I'll commit to e30 but am looking forward to the extra power for sure!

You need to run the E30 MHD map and fill up 22l of E85 and 38l of 98(empty tank) to get the correct E30 mixture for afrs to be spot on. Adding 7l will change the ron but not enough for E30 map hence the mixture codes.

I read that you can run approximately E10 without flashing an "E" map in MHD. I was getting some minor timing corrections running Stg 2+ 98 which is why I decided to add a bit of ethanol to the mix. After doing so though I started getting the mixture codes.
