Headlight Bulb size

Hi, I have literally seen 3 different bulb sizes posted. Can someone please tell me what size bulb is needed for the location shown below? Car is a 2008 BMW 335i with adaptive headlights. Thanks!

Is the bulb pointed out just a daytime running light? It's basically not used at night?
