Car Slips When Accelerating

About 1.5 weeks ago, I started to notice that when accelerating from stops my car would slip/stutter. It doesn't happen exactly when changing gears but when under torque on acceleration. I feel that it has got worse over these past 1.5 weeks. I was told that I should change the transfer case oil but I don't see how that would fix it, I would also like to confirm the issue before throwing money at it. Also, I would like to note that I don't seem to notice this slip when making right or left turns, only when going straight. Also today, when I was on the highway doing about 60mph, I floored to see how it would react. It slipped and stuttered, but most noticeably it veered my car to the right. It did that twice. My car is a 2010 535xi with about 162k miles on it. I got the car around 154k miles and never did any type of transmission, transfer case or differential oil changes. Anyone have an idea as to what is causing this. Thanks

Could potentially be clutch slip? When you experience the slip do you see the revs jump up quickly without giving power and then revs drop and car accelerates like it should? Any recent mods or tunes?
However this idea does not explain the pull to the right.

Is it throwing any codes or going into transmission failsafe mode? Any leaks from the transmission? My guess is the mechatronic bridge seal adapter, solenoids or low trans oil. Maybe a combination of the above.

No, rpm is consistent and doesn't move around. It feels like something is engaging and disengaging under high torque circumstances.

Sounds like your transfer case and/or transfer case actuator is going bad. You'd get a fault for oil wear for the transfer case if that was the only issue.

I do have a transfer case oil wear code. Could that be it?

I noticed it costs $150, can i see and do the same stuff on inpa?

QUICK UPDATE:

So I would like to note that I am driving with 225/55/17 in the front and 235/55/17 in the back. I noticed one tire was low on air-filled it back to spec. I then went for a test drive and the drive was 100x better, not perfect, but better. I updated the software for the Transmission and reset it to relearn my driving. Accelerating, its perfect 98% of the time. I do get that rare odd clunk. But most noticably any high tourque now above 2300-2500 rpm, i get the traction control light flashing and the car steering pushes to the right. I should have mentioned this in my first post but i did change all 4 tires about 2 months ago. My brother was also mentioniong how senative the AWD system on BMWs are. The sticker on my car says it came with 250/50/18 on all 4, im currently driving one size wider in the back and the front and back are 2 differant brands. I was previously driving with 255/40/20 before with no problems at all for 2 years. Could this all be a tire problem?

Is there any way of knowing whether or not just the mechatronic seal and fluid needs changed rather than replacing all of the solenoids too? I’ve got 104k miles on mine and notice a bit of a stutter from 1-2 and 2-3 but after the trans is warmed up it shifts fine.

Funny, mine drives good when cold and bad when warm. But here is a good video of exactly what i will be changing.

Guess I’ll start with the fluid, sealing plugs, and the mechatronic bridge seal. I’m hoping a simple fluid change along with these seals will remedy the shifting issue and I won’t have to replace the solenoids too.
