Wanted: 2006 E91 OBD Cover panel (Black), fuse tool & card

Hi,
My car (2006 E91 325i Touring) is missing the OBD cover panel (black), the little fuse removal tool from behind the glove box and the little card which should also be there which tells you what fuse is where, anyone got some spares or breaking a car that might have them they want to part with cheaply? ebay prices are ridiculous.
Based in West London UK if that makes any difference

Would still like to find a fuse tool and white card fuse map if anyone has them, thanks !
