Oil Service Stuck on 25000 Km

Its not decreasing ever since I purchased the used car, and Im afraid that the first owner just neglected to change oil as there is no warning in the idrive, plus we dont get oil dip stick like in deisel engines.

What to do? im afraid that I could be running with burnt or unclean oil, and there is no way to check oil quality.

Plz help!

Change the oil.

how many kms on it? mine had about 2500 kms before it started to count down and from there it usually drops every 1-2000kms. but if you feel that uneasy about it just change the oil

mine has 95000 km by now, the first owner was driving alot, but he maintained the car, its smooth, yet not powerful as my 98 328is, may be Im consevative thats why I dont push it hard, plus the oil cleanliness makes me more afraid.

I live in Kuwait where temp is about 38-48 Celsius should I opt for :

a. 0W-30
b. 0W-40

ofcourse mobil 1 Synth.

Sorry, I can say he maintained the car, since he told me so, only.

and the car is clean from outside and also the interior is clean
