HELPS! Satellite Radio S693A
2010 328i with X Drive looking up the vin decoder I have the sat prep S693A
And now that I have gutted my trunk I cant find the wires for the satellite module. ill post pictures here in a moment. I do have 2 modules on the right rear of the trunk one on top of the other but they seem to both control Bluetooth. |

that means that for Sat radio you need only get activation code to Radio
you may remove Radio to check if you have sirius wire coming to it

What WOULD the wires in the trunk look like and where would they be in a 2013 E92 335is w/Professional Radio (non=iDrive) and HiFi system? And how would I find out which SiriusXM unit I need? I also have the S693A option.

Update
I've been having some wiring done to my car and it got me thinking about SiriusXM again, so I decided to go out and pull the radio to check it out. And...
I do have the pink connector on the back and the top label does show SiriusXM. So now comes the questions... I have the BimmerGeeks Pro Tool on a Tablet. Can I use that to activate my SiriusXM, or do I HAVE to go to the Stealership to have it activated? Which leads to my second question: I've been reading that I need an FSC Code to activate the radio. Can I get it from somewhere else (like Dracon) or ONLY at the Stealership? I've provided pics for reference in case anyone is interested in what the pink connector and label look like.
