330 xi shop recommendation

Anyone know a reasonable shop that knows BMW’s. Have multiple issues and way too much $ in car. Currently has new “used” sport seat that needs to be programmed, abs/traction control/4wd lights on (last time shop cleaned brake sensor), check engine rough idle, oil fill sensor readings all over the place and this morning car had smoke and a burnt oil smell.
