Looking to sell this 2008 BMW E90 328i Monaco Blue to someone in the Houston area.

Pros: Interior is in excellent condition, steering wheel is excellent condition. Many of the common failures on this vehicles have already been replaced (driver door actuator, fuel pressure regulator,oil pan, valve cover gasket). Replaced/Registered new OEM battery this year(2019). Factory alarm system was installed two years ago(2017). Driver cup holder replaced. Coolant flushed/replaced on 11/18, brake fluid was changed on 11/18.

Cons: Suspension due for maintenance, Paint work is in great condition but has normal wear for being a vehicle from 2008. Wheels do have curb rash. TPMS light does occasionally come on indicating no signal to the trigger in the RR wheel well. Trigger has been replaced but the light still occurs...my recommendation would be to replace the RDC antenna.
